The Alaska Peer Support Consortium is a not-for-profit, 501 (c) 3 organization. The Consortium’s board of directors is made up of representatives from our member organizations. Each member has the option of electing one representative to serve as a Director on the Consortium board. No member organization has more than one representative. The Directors commit to a 3 year term of service, and are legally responsible for the fiduciary business of the organization. The Board of Directors typically meet three or four times per year: twice at our regular bi-annual Full Members Meetings, and once or twice via teleconference, as needed.
